摘要
无景点旅游作为后工业时代的一种新型旅游休闲业态,以其自由、浪漫、富有个性等特点受到游客的青睐,呈迅猛的发展态势。对旅行社而言,无景点旅游既是一种挑战也是机遇。从表面上看,无景点旅游的兴起会削弱传统旅行社组团业务,削减旅行社的利益。但从本质上,无景点旅游注重旅游体验的特性给予旅行社以推动力,促进旅行社业务的创新与完善。通过探究旅行社视角的无景点旅游,发现旅行社运作无景点旅游存在的问题,提出旅行社应采取的措施,以期提升旅行社对无景点旅游的产品服务与线路设计。
As a new kind of tourism and leisure behavior in the post-industrial era, "non-scenicspot tourism" is becoming more and more popular to tourists because of its freedom, romance and full of personality. It is now expressing a rapid development trend. In terms of travel agency, the emergence of non-scenic-spot tourism is not only a good opportunity but also a challenge. On the surface, the rise of non-scenic-spot tourism would undermine the traditional group tourism business, reducing the interests of travel agencies. But in essence, because non-scenic-spot tourism focuses on the quality of tourism experience, so it gives the travel agencies a certain of driving force and urges the improvement on the business of them. Under the direction of travel agency, this paper focuses on the study of non-scenic-spot tourism. Firstly, it discusses the meaning, characteristics of non-scenic-spot tourism and the significance of its development; then summarizes the development status of non-scenic-spot tourism and puts forward the problems to travel agencies in the operation of non-scenic-spot tourism; and finally proposes a range of solutions to the problems, in the hope of promoting the service and design on non-scenic-spot tourism product of travel agencies.
