摘要
近几年来，我国的经济型酒店迅猛发展，国内经济型酒店在中国国内市场已经开始采取扩张性的连锁经营政策，其投资遍布全国许多大中城市。昭山风景区位于湖南省“金三角”长株潭的交汇处，如何依托良好的经济区位条件，采用合理的投资模式，建设经济型酒店，是一个现实的问题。通过对投资环境分析和投资模式分析，找出其中存在的问题及潜在风险，给出相应的对策和建议。
In recent years, the rapid development of economy hotels in China, domestic economy hotels in China＇s domestic market has begun to adopt expansionary chain policy, whose investment are found in many cities all over the country. ZhaoShan Mountain scenic spot lies in the junction of the ＂golden triangle＂ of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan in Hunan Province. It is a real problem that how to rely on good economic and geographic conditions, adopt reasonable investment model, and construct economy hotels. Through the analysis of investment environment and models, the paper aims to identify existing problems and potential risks, giving the appropriate countermeasures and suggestions.
