摘要
针对海日花边企业排放的印染废水特点,采用了A/O工艺+优势菌技术,工程处理规模3 000 m3.d-1。运行实践表明,出水水质达到COD为65 mg3.L-1,BOD515 mg.L-1,ρ(SS)20 mg.L-1,色度8倍,满足纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准(GB 4287-92)一级排放标准,工程运行稳定可靠。
Aiming at the characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater from Hairi Lace dyeing and weaving enterprise,anoxic/oxic(A/O) process combined with super bacteria technology was used.The capacity of the project was 3 500 m3·d-1.The outlet water quality was: COD 65 mg·L-1,BOD5 15 mg·L-1,SS 20 mg·L-1,chromaticity 8 times.The results indicated that the effluent water met the requirement of the first grade discharge standard of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry(GB 4287-92),and the operation of the process was stable and reliable.
