The overall coordinated development of regional libraries which using modern technology and resources in the beginning of the new century are new forms in order to adapt to the demand of the society for regional library service organization under the network environment. These forms effectively use opportunities of library brought by the information society, and properly learn from experiences accumulated from literature resources sharing in the age of print books in our country. It also draws lessons suecessfuly from centralbranch library system in the developed countries.
