明确图书馆知识转移模式的构成,借鉴知识转移经典模式,构建基于业务流程的图书馆知识转移一般模式。结合各类型图书馆的职能和定位,建立不同类型图书馆知识转移模式,并对知识资源、馆员、用户等要素及知识转移过程分别进行讨论和比较。

This paper defines the elements of knowledge transfer pattern of library. Drawing on the classic model of knowledge transfer, it proposes the library knowledge transfer general pattern based on the library, function and business process. The paper also builds up different patterns by combining the functions and location of various types of libraries, and compares their knowledge resources, librarians, users and the process of knowledge transfer.
