Analyse and Re-engineer the Organization Structure of the Library

在对单一图书馆传统组织结构分析的基础上,就图书馆内部组织结构再造的动因和原则进行分析,并对科研图书馆、公共图书馆和高校图书馆的现有组织结构进行分析,提出构建新型组织结构的构想,针对公共图书馆和高校图书馆设计内部组织结构再造模型。

The paper first analyzes the traditional monostructure of the library, and then goes to the motivation and principle of inner organization structure of library. Also the paper includes a comparative study among scientific research libraries, public libraries and high educational institute libraries. From the analysis, the paper proposes that a compound structure is necessary and gives a re-engineer model for inner organization structure.
