摘要
食品生产工艺中的词汇不同于日常交际英语中的基本词汇，它有大量专业术语。对于食品生产工艺各环节出现的术语翻译进行探讨，就如何进行食品科技翻译进行分析和提供策略，有助于为我国食品生产走向国际化奠定基础。
Food production terms, different from those daily-life used, cover a large number of specific and technical ones. This paper is an attempt to explore the translation of terms in food production process by meticulously analyzing the examples and providing strategies. It is helpful for the internationalization of Chinese food production.
