论英国学派的国际秩序观——兼与天下体系理论的秩序观比较被引量：2

摘要在有关国际秩序的理论探讨中,英国学派的研究路径与基本观点具有鲜明特色和重要学理价值。尽管其间存在着欧洲中心主义倾向和由历史主义研究方法所导致的缺陷,但它对国际秩序的概念界定、对秩序维持机制的探讨等,拓展并深化了人们对于国际秩序的理解。与英国学派的国际秩序观存在根本差异的天下体系理论的秩序观,在一定程度上克服了前者的缺陷,为理解国际秩序提供了新的路径。 Among theories about international order,the research method and basic points of the English School show distinctive features and important theoretical value.Although there are shortcomings which derive from the trend of Eurocentrism and the method of historicism,its definition of international order and discussions about maintenance of order are helpful to breaden and deepen our understanding of international order.The order view of Tianxia System Theory is totally different from that of the English School.To a certain extent,Tianxia System Theory overcomes the shortcomings of the English School,and shows a new path to understanding international order.
