组织即兴问题研究 被引量:3

摘要 即兴是指没有经过计划、没有事先准备的活动。企业可能经常会面对某些特殊情况,来不及计划或是放弃先前计划,需要根据直觉及时采取行动。本文对国内外组织即兴问题的相关研究作了分析和总结,介绍了组织即兴的内涵和影响,并提出企业如何支持组织即兴活动,提高组织即兴的效能。
