关于企业雇佣质量的思考 被引量:5

摘要 文献回顾显示,对雇佣质量的相关研究目前尚无专门界定企业或工作场所层次的雇佣质量的概念及测量。本文在重新审视企业雇佣关系内涵的基础上,结合效率、公平和发言权的分析框架,纳入心理契约的观点,并从态度与行为/结果两个方面考虑,对企业雇佣质量的概念及对应的测量方法进行了探讨。
