跨国经营企业关键能力转换瓶颈的突破——外派管理人员职业生涯激励视角 被引量:1

摘要 本文以外派管理人员(EMs)的职业生涯激励为切入点,在现有理论基础上构建了针对EMs职业生涯发展的理论综合管理模型,并以中国远洋集团公司为例进行了实证。
