摘要
目前我国民族地区学校教育存在民族文化传承与现代学校教育相疏离的问题。要从学校传承民族文化的理论构建、课程体系打造、多元文化教师培养、差异性评价的实施、完善保障体系等方面着力,构建"种子式"传承机制,促进二者的融合。
Currently, there is still estrangement between inheritance of ethnic cultures and modern school education in ethnic regions of China. Efforts should be made to establish theories of inheriting ethnic cultures; develop curriculum system; train teachers of multi-cultures; carry out assessment of differences; optimize safeguard system and build a mechanism of inheritance to promote the merger of the two.
