摘要
依据活性污泥数学模型编制的模拟程序对AO工艺进行模拟,对传统设计结果进行优化,通过调整生物反应池体积和设计运行参数,以达到降低污水厂的建设费用和运行费用的目的。经过优化设计后,生物反应池体积减少了40%,污泥回流比减少了50%,混合液回流比减少了32%,好氧池内溶解氧由2.0 mg/L降低到1.2 mg/L,污泥龄由9.7 d提高到12 d。
Simulation of A/O process by using simulator program based on activated sludge mathematical models was performed. Optimization of traditional design results was made. Volume of bioreactor and design operation parameters, which can result in reducing investment and operation cost of WWTP, was adjusted. After optimization, the volume of bioreactor can be reduced by 40 %, sludge reflux ratio can be reduced by 50 %, mixture reflux ratio can be reduced by 32 %, DO of aerobic tank can be decreased from 2.0mg/L to 1.2mg/L, and sludge age can be increased from 9.7 days to 12 days.
