植入埋藏式心律转复除颤器患者的术后电风暴

摘要 心源性猝死是发达国家的首要死亡原因：在我国，心源性猝死的发生率约为0．42‰，每年死亡总人数超过50万圆。植入型心律转复除颤器（implatable cardioverter defibrillator，ICD）可以明显降低因室性心动过速（ventricular tachycardia，VT）和心室颤动（ventricular fibrillation，VF）引起的心源性猝死的发生率。然而，
