一种低烧蚀高渐增性发射药的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用"浸渍-钝感"工艺制得改性单基发射药。用烧蚀管试验表征了该发射药的烧蚀。采用密闭爆发器研究了该发射药的静态燃烧性能,以857-30 mm制式弹道炮研究了发射药在膛内的动态内弹道性能。结果发现,与制式单基发射药相比较,制得的改性单基发射药的烧蚀量降低了16.4%,燃烧渐增因子Pr由0.035提高到0.445,初速从856.6 m.s-1提高到941.3 m.s-1,提高了9.8%,显示该发射药具有高燃烧渐增性、低烧蚀的特点。 The modified single base propellant was prepared by using an impregnated-deterred technology.The erosion of the propellant to barrel was characterized by erosion tube test.The static combustion performances of the propellant were investigated by closed-bomb test.The dynamic interior ballistic performance of the propellant was studied by 857-30 mm gun.The results show that compared with the conventional single propellant,the barrel erosion of the modified single base propellant decreases by 16.4%,the value of progression factor(Pr) increases from 0.035 to 0.445,and the muzzle velocity increases by 9.8% from 856.6 m·s-1 to 941.3 m·s-1,revealing that the modified single propellant prepared in this work has the advantages of high combustion progressivity and low erosion.
