摘要 目的为外来务工人员提供科学、高效、价廉的医疗卫生保健服务。方法问卷抽样调查2010年门诊患者1350人,内容包括一般项目、户口所在地、学历、门诊就医方式、选择医院、选择医生、就诊需求、连续服务及心理预期等内容。结果不同学历的外来工患者,无论是男是女,其选择医生首选认识的医师占30.6%;最需获得服务是解除病痛,占74.9%;最重视医疗安全,占36.9%;首选在乡镇医院住院治疗,占69.3%。结论患者门诊医疗需求具有多样性,医院应重视为患者解除病痛、提高技术水平、尊重患者,充分与病人沟通,搞好连续医疗服务。 Objective To provide scientific, efficient, affordable health care services for migrant workers. Methods A sample survey was conducted in 1350 clinic patients in 2010 using question- naires consisting of general information, household location, educational level, way of clinic visits, hospitalselection, doctor selection, treatment needs, continuous service, and psychological expectations. Results 50.6% of the migrant workers with different educational levels, either male or female, preferred the doctors who they knew. For 74.9% of the migrant workers, the most wanted service was cure for diseaseg and 36.9% thought medical safety was the most important factor. Local primary hospital was the first choice of hospitalization for 69.3% of those workers. Conclusions Medical demands in clinic patients are diverse. Hospitals should put more emphasis on relieving physical and mental pain in patients, improving medical technique, respecting patients, fully communicating with patients, and improving continuous medical services.
