局部自体骨植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱症临床体会

Local autogeneous bone grafts fusion in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis

目的探讨腰椎滑脱症患者后路手术局部自体骨植于椎体间及横突间融合治疗效果。方法对68例腰椎滑脱症患者采用后路全椎板减压咬除的棘突、椎板、关节突自体骨移植于椎体间及横突间融合加椎弓根钉系统固定。结果68例均获随访，时间6月～7年。随访结果显示，67例患者椎体获骨性愈合，临床症状消失；1例未获骨性融合；满意率达98．5％。结论后路手术局部自体骨移植于椎体间及横突间融合治疗腰椎滑脱症是一种疗效确实、具有操作简单、安全，并发症少、医疗费用低的术式。

Objective Of posterior surgery in patients with spondylolisthesis local autologous bone implanted in the interhody and intertransverse fusion for the treatment experience. Methods 68 patients with spondylolisthesis treated with posterior laminectomy bite addition to all of the spinous process, lamina, facet of autologous bone graft in the interbody and intertransverse fusion and pedicle screw fixation. Results 68 patients were followed up for 6 months to 7 years. Follow-up showed 67 patients were healed vertebral, clinical symptoms disappeared. One case without bone fusion. Satisfaction rate of 98.5%. Conclusions Posterior partial autologous bone graft surgery in interbody and intertransverse fusion for the treatment of spondylolisthesis is a really effective, simple, safe, less complications and low cost of surgical care.
