Pre- and post-operative nursing care for the patients receiving vaginal hysterectomy

目的探讨阴式子宫切除术围手术期的护理方法。方法回顾性分析和总结2008年1月-2009年11月90例行阴式子宫切除术患者的护理经过。结果90例患者手术成功，痊愈出院，无1例发生并发症。结论对阴式子宫全切手术患者做好心理护理，充分的术前准备、术后护理和健康教育，可减少术后并发症，是手术获得成功的重要组成部分。

Objective To explore the nursing Methods of perioperative vaginal hysterectomy. Methods From January 2008 to November 2009, retrospectively analyzed and summarized the nursing procedure of the 90 patients receiving vaginal hysterectomy. Results All the patients had recovered and left the hospital without complications. Conclusion Good psychological care for the patients receiving vaginal hysterectomy, adequate preoperative preparation, postoperative care, and health education can reduce postoperative complications; these play an very important part in the success of the operation.
