广东省三甲医院医生生活质量现况研究

The study of the Quality of Life among Doctors in Three Level of First-class Hospitals and the Relationship between them

目的调查三甲医院医生生活质量并对其影响因素进行初步探讨。方法采用简单随机抽样法，应用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表（WHOQOL—BREF）对广东省四家三甲医院的235名医生进行问卷调查。结果235名医生的生活质量在生理领域得分显著低于全国常模（14．14±2．26／13．49±2．24，P〈0．05），并受到性别、科别、职称、收入以及职业满意度的影响。结论医生生活质量不尽如人意，提高收入、改善职业满意度可以提高医生的生活质量。

Objective To explore the quality of life among doctors in three level of first-class hospitals, and analyzing the influencing factors. Methods Simple random sampling were used in this study. 258 doctors in three level of first-class hospitals from 4 differdent hospitals were investigeted by WHOQOL-BREF. Results The quality of life of the doctors was lower than the norm in phsical domain （ 14.14 ± 2.26/13.49 ± 2.24, P 〈 0.05 ）. The quality of life of the doctors was affect by job title, income and degree of satisfaction on their job. Conclusions The quality of life of the doctors is not so good. Inhance the degree of satisfaction and income of doctors could improve their quality of life.
