摘要
横向开裂是沥青路面普遍存在的一种病害,灌缝材料的变形性能将直接影响灌缝效果。为此,开发了新型的道路灌缝材料低温性能测定仪。该仪器采用沥青混合料试块的表面模拟灌缝时的裂缝壁,通过预留一定的宽度来模拟开槽宽度,同时可以调整垫板的尺寸以模拟开槽的宽深比。经过对不同材料的变性能力研究,表明该仪器能够很好的模拟路面灌缝时的真实状态,同时能够准确、合理的评价灌缝材料的变形能力。
Transverse cracking is a common distress in asphalt pavement.The effect of cracking sealing is directly influenced by the deformation performance of sealant material.Therefore,low temperature performance tester of sealant material for pavement was developed and applied in this paper.The surface of asphalt mixture specimens was used to simulate the crack sides.The reserved width was applied to imitate the width of notch.Moreover,the size of cushion was utilized to imitate the width depth ratio of notch.Finally,the research of deformation performance of sealant material shows that the test can better simulate the actual condition of cracking.At the same time,the tester can accurately and reasonably evaluate the deformation ability of sealant material.
