高等教育大众化阶段,地方普通本科院校大学生学业失败现象比较普遍。通过对某高校部分学生学业失败的成因分析,探讨学校教育教学工作中有待改进的问题,以期找到适合大众化阶段学生特点的人才培养新思路。

It＇s a prevalent phenomenon that many undergraduates fail in school learning in most local university under the background of mass higher education.Causes of academic failure of some students from a certain college are investigated in order to explore how to improve school teaching in the progress of education and to find out new education ideas suitable for the characteristics of students under the back ground of mass higher education.
