The Research Report on Mnagement of Fujian Normal University's foreign students

随着我国高等教育的发展,近年来留学生招生的规模以及层次都有了很大的提高。与此同时,随着留学生人数的增加,与之配套的留学生教育管理也被各招收留学生的院校逐渐重视起来,基于此以福建师范大学的留学生教育管理为例,从深层文化因素方面来探讨如何以人为本,让留学生们尽快适应在中国的学习、生活。

With the development of China＇s higher education,foerign students have enrolled more and more in recent years.And meantime,as the number of foreign students increased,the problems about recruitment and management of foreign students have gradually showed up.all the universities which enroll foreign students are paying more and more attention to those problems.this paper attempts to take Fujian Normal University＇s foreign students education management as an example,from the deep cultural factors and people-oriented strategy two aspects,to disccus how to let students adapt to the Chinese learning life quickly.
