摘要
由"教师学习"与"共同体"两个不同领域概念结合而成的教师学习共同体,正成为当前教师专业发展的主流范式。通过对教师学习共同体研究和实践现状的梳理、分析,发现现有研究和实践存在着孤立、静止、机械和片面的问题。应以一种整体、联系、开放的视角来重新解读和构建教师学习共同体,唯有如此,才能还原教师学习共同体的本真,才能充分发挥其整体效应。
Teacher Learning Community,a combination of "teacher learning" and "community",these two concepts from different areas,is becoming the mainstream paradigm of the current teacher professional development.Based on the analysis of the teacher learning community research and its practice situation,this paper points out that there are some problems in the existing research and practice,such as lack of interrelation,being static,mechanical and one-sided.Therefore,we should re-interpret and build teacher learning communities from a holistic,related and open perspective.Only in this way can the true color of learning community of teachers the analysis of its overall effect be fully achieved.
