Constructivism and the Curriculum Development of Continuing Education for Enterprise Employee(Ⅰ)

成人的学习与青少年有着较大的不同,参与继续教育的企业员工在智力与非智力因素方面都具有典型的成人学习特征,在学习的过程中更具有建构的能力,因此在企业员工继续教育的课程开发上更应注重以建构主义为指导,让课程更加适合员工的学习,以更好地实现企业员工继续教育的目的。

Adult＇s learning is very different from teenagers＇. Enterprise employees who participate in continuing education have typical adult＇ s learning features, and they have more constructive capability, so in order to make the curriculum more suitable for the learners, the curriculum development of continuing education should be accord with constructivism.
