摘要
通过对我国社会成人教育培训市场发展和经营主体分析,提出了社会成人教育培训机构经营模式的概念,对其基本特征和战略作用进行剖析,进而借用数理中分形和分维概念,依据社会成人教育培训市场特性及培训机构的外生性变量、内部特征、经营主体、经营手段和方法等参数特征对培训机构经营模式进行相应分类研究。
According to the analysis of adult education market and entities in China, the paper puts forward the business mode concept of social adult education traning organizations and analyses it's basis characteristics and strategy effects in detail. Moreover, the business modes of social adult education traning organizations are classified by such parameters as exterior variables, interior characteristics, operation entities, business measures with fractal dimension methods in mathematical statistic theory.
