Network Model of Vocational Training for the New Generation of Migrant Workers

在对新生代农民工进行职业培训的多种模式中,职业培训的网络模式具有重要的现实意义和可行性特点。相对于传统的身体在场的职业培训模式而言,职业培训网络模式具有培训手段的现代性、培训内容自主性、培训方式灵活性、培训途径多样性等内涵,能够取得低成本、广覆盖、高质量等效果。可以从以政府为主导、以培训机构为核心、以新生代农民工为主体三方面着手促进农民工的职业培训网络模式的实现。

Network vocational training mode has the important practical significance and feasibility feature in the vocational training models of the new generation of Migrant workers. Compared with the traditional physical presence of vocational training mode, network vocational training model has many connotations, such as the flexibility of training means, the autonomy for the training content, the flexibility for the training mode, the diversity for training ways and it also ean obtain many effects with low cost, broad cover and high quality. The network vocational training mode can be realized from three aspects, in which the government plays a leading role, the training institutions act as the core role and the new generation of migrant workers become the subject.
