随着社会的进步和经济的发展,企业对高职院校毕业生的要求越来越高。不仅对学生的知识、技能要求越来越高,而且对学生的综合素质提出了新的要求,对学生的能力提出了更高的要求。为此,必须深入地进行以能力为核心的教学改革,以适应社会、行业不断变化的对高职人才的需求,培养出综合素质高、能力强的高职人才。

With the advancement of society and the development of economy, companies have an increasingly higher expectation towards the graduate students from vocational schools. Their expectations not only encompass students＇ knowledge and skills, but also include their comprehensive quality and ability. Therefore, we must deepen the competency - oriented teaching reform to suit the constant changing requirement of the sutdents from the society and the job market, and try to cultivate the voacational talents of high quality and ability.
