新疆人口、经济、资源、环境和谐发展的时空分析

The spacial-temporal patterns of harmony development among population,economics,resources and envirenment of Xinjiang

人口、资源环境是经济发展的前提,而经济又反作用于人口、资源环境。作为和谐发展的重要组成部分,人口、经济、资源、环境的和谐发展意义重大。目前新疆生态环境十分脆弱、经济欠发达、人口数量众多、耕地、水资源等自然资源相对缺乏,人口、资源、环境之间的矛盾比较突出。文中在对新疆人口、经济、资源环境现状分析的基础上,建立人口、经济、资源环境和谐发展指标体系,借助历史数据,运用均方差权值法、线性加权模型及和谐度计算公式,对新疆人口、资源、环境、经济系统的和谐度进行实证分析并提出针对性的政策建议。研究结果表明:新疆人口、经济、资源环境复合系统的和谐度由初步和谐向良好和谐发展,已形成以天山为界中间大、两头小的和谐发展格局,北疆地区和谐度普遍高于南疆地区,经济系统普遍滞后于其他系统。

Population,resources and environment are prerequisite for economic development,while economy react upon resources and environments.As the important part of harmony development theory,population correspond with economy and resource plays the important role.Fragile ecological environment,lack of water and other natural resources,large amount of population are the main problems for Xinjiang,especialy population and economic problem are very prominent.In this research we established of population,economy,resources and environment harmonious development index system based on current situation of Xinjiang using historical data,linear adding weight model and harmony calculation formula.The results indicated that the harmong degree of Xinjiang population,economy,resources and environment complex system became better.Northern region＇s coherence is generally higher than South areas.The economic system generally lag behind other systems.
