我国中小企业组建技术创新联盟中的技术披露行为分析

The Behavior Analysis of the Technical Disclosure in the Formation of Technical Innovation Alliance of Chinese Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

利用博弈模型分析了中小企业在组建技术创新联盟时的技术披露程度及影响因素,发现企业的绝对技术披露程度与企业的学习能力和企业的原有市场大小正相关,与技术披露对于新技术开发的效率呈负相关;企业的相对技术披露程度与企业的学习能力呈正相关,与原有市场大小呈负相关;学习能力较强的企业更愿意披露其原有技术,而原有市场较大的企业更不愿意披露其原有技术。

After analysing the influencing factors and intense of technical disclosure within the technological innovation of SMEs by game models , the article finds that： the absolute intense of technological disclosure of enterprise has a positive relationship with the learning capacity and the original market size of it and a negative relationship with the efficiency of new technology development of technical disclosure. The relative technical disclosure intense of enterprise is positively correlated with the learning ability of it and negatively correlated with the original market size. Those companys with more excellent learning ability are more willing to disclose their original technology and the ones with larger market are more reluctant to disclose their existing technology.
