HPLC测定安神补心胶囊7个有效成分的含量 被引量:3

HPLC simultaneous determination of seven active compouents in Anshenbuxin capsules

摘要 目的:建立HPLC法同时测定安神补心胶囊中7个木脂素类有效成分的含量,以制定安神补心胶囊的质量控制标准。方法:采用Brava BDS C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温30℃;水(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相,以0.8 mL.min-1梯度洗脱;检测波长为225 nm。结果:在65 min内安神补心胶囊中戈米辛H、五味子醇乙、戈米辛F、五味子酯甲、五味子酯丁、五味子甲素和五味子乙素被完全分离;峰面积与其浓度呈良好的线性;加样回收率(n=6)分别为101.2%,99.7%,100.1%,100.9%,101.8%,99.5%,99.6%;RSD分别为1.1%,0.76%,2.2%,0.53%,1.8%,0.66%,1.8%。结论:本方法操作简便、可靠,重复性好,可作为安神补心胶囊的定量测定方法。 Objective :To develop a method for the determination of gomisin H, schisandrol B, gomisin F, schisantherin A, schisantherin D, deoxyschizandrin and schisandrin B in Anshenbuxin capsules by HPLC. Methods:The samples were separated on a Brava BDS C18 column (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm), by a gradient elution using water (A)and acetonitrile (B)as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0. 8 mL · min^-1 The detection wavelength was 225 nm and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results:The complete separation was obtained within 65 min for the seven compounds (gomisin H, schisandrol B, gomisin F, schisantherin A, schisantherin D, deoxyschizandrin and schisandrin B). Seven regression equations showing linear relationships between peak area and concentration of each compound were obtained. The average recoveries ( n = 6 ) of the compounds listed above were 101.2%, 99.7%, 100.1%, 100.9%, 101.8%, 99.5%, 99.6% and RSD were 1.1%, 0.76%, 2.2%, 0.53%, 1.8%, 0.66%, 1. 8%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and with good reproducibility and can be used for the determination of seven lignans in Anshenbuxin capsules.
