摘要
对一种新型吹气式理盖机进行设计研究。通过对吹气式理盖机的机械结构设计,保证了吹气式理盖机的运行精度和可靠性。同时结合气路系统、PLC的自动控制来实现塑料盖的理盖、排盖和输出。
The paper mainly focus on the research of a new type spout applicator.We design improve the mechanical structure of the spout applicator,to ensure the highly running accuration stability of the mechanics.Together with the advanced control of the air system and the latest PLC system to realize the automatic spout feeding,sorting allocation.
