摘要
如何提高大班额教学的有效性,是基础教育亟待破解的难题。我们认为,“学习共同体”,是大班额有效教学的基本载体。坚持和而不同、对话协商、活动体验、合作共享的原则,重构课堂组织形式、变革课堂教学方式、创新课堂管理模式、丰富课堂教学资源,是构建学习共同体,实现大班额“有效教学”愿景的重要途径。
How to improve the effectiveness of teaching big-size classes is an important problem to betackled in basic education. In our opinion, learning community is the basic carrier of effectiveteaching for big-size classes. The important way to carry out the effective teaching in big-size classes is to insist on the principles of unity but different, dialogue and consultations; activity and experience, cooperation and share, at the same time to reconstruct classroom organization, change classroom teaching method, innovate classroom management mode and enrich classroom teaching resources;
