摘要
新世纪课程改革已十个年头,教师教学发展状况值得探索。基于新课改,从基础教育优质公平的视角对当前中小学教师教学发展现状进行调查研究。结果显示,多数教师已基本养成良好的教学习惯和方式,能够善待学生的质疑提问,较为公平地对待每个学生,在这些方面城乡教师无显著差异。教师能够比较经常地利用网络资源、运用课堂提问和倾听技术手段进行有效教学,城区教师在有效教学行为表现自我评价方面优于农村教师。学生对当前教师教学水平总体感觉比较满意,但城乡之间、中小学之间存在显著性差异,对教师教学满意度农村学生高于城区学生,小学生高于中学生。
It has been ten years since the curriculum reform of the new century. It is necessary to explore teachers'development. From the view of the new curriculum reform, we made an investigation and, research on primary and secondary school teachers current teaching. The results indicate that most of the teachers have basically formed the good teaching habits, and treat students' inquiry patiently, and relatively fair to each student. Urban teachers and rural areas teachers have no significant differences in these respects. Teachers can often use network resources, and use classroom questioning and listening skills to teach effectively. Urban teachers are better than rural teachers in effective teaching behavior performance. Students feel satisfied in the current teachers' teaching level, but they have significant difference between urban and rural areas~ middle and primary schools.
