水解酸化-A/O-超滤-反渗透深度处理印染废水回用工程 被引量:9

摘要 苏南某印染废水回用工程采用水解酸化—A/O—超滤—反渗透处理工艺,运行结果表明:进水CODCr430~590mg/L,色度320~1 024倍,出水CODCr和色度分别为18~43mg/L和8~16倍,去除率分别为94.2%和98.7%;系统出水电导率55.3~83μS/cm,总硬度≤10mg/L,出水铁、锰均未检出。出水可达《纺织染整工业废水治理工程技术规范》(HJ 471—2009)回用标准。 The hydrolytic acidification- A/O- ultrafiltration- reverse osmosis process was employed in some printing and dyeing wastewater reuse project in Sunan area. The results showed: if the CODCr in influent was 430-590 mg/L and chroma was 320-1 024 times, the CODCr and chroma in effluent would be 18-43 mg/L and 8-16 times respectively, and the removal rate would be 94. 2% and 98. 7% respectively. The system effluent electrical conductivity was 55.3-83μS/cm, the total effluent hardness was less than 10 rag/L, and the ferrum and manganese were both not detected. The effluent water quality could meet the reuse water standards of "Wastewater treatment project technical specification for dyeing and finishing of textile industry (HJ 471-2009)".
