奥氮平致攻击行为1例

摘要 1病例患者男,47岁,未婚,高中文化。烦躁,行为紊乱28年,头痛,眠差3d,入院诊断：脑外伤致精神障碍。经氯氮平150mg/d、丙戊酸钠0.8g/d合用1个月后症状改善,但仍存少许幻听,平时能与病友集体活动。随后逐步停用氯氮平,
