南通市青少年网络成瘾现状调查及相关因素分析

Investigation of adolescents with internet addiction disorder in Nantong and analysis of related factors

目的:了解南通市青少年网络成瘾现状和相关影响因素,为预防和干预提供依据。方法:采用自制一般情况调查表、Young网络成瘾问卷(IAII)、艾森克人格量表(EPQ)、自尊量表(SES)对南通市区3500名中小学生进行问卷调查。结果:①南通市青少年上网率92.14%,男生上网率高于女生(P<0.05);网络成瘾现患率3.29%,男生高于女生(P<0.01);高中生上网率明显高于初中生和小学生(P<0.01);初中生和高中生的网络成瘾现患率明显高于小学生(P<0.01);学习成绩较差的学生的网络成瘾率显著高于成绩较好或中等的学生(P<0.01)。②网络成瘾组EPQ的E、N得分明显高于非网络成瘾组(P<0.01);成瘾组学生的SES分明显低于非成瘾组(P<0.01)。③回归分析显示性别、年龄、自尊、N、E维度是网络成瘾的影响因素。结论:南通市青少年网络成瘾状况不容乐观,与性别、年龄和个性等因素有关,应尽早开展预防和干预工作。

Objective：To investigate the status and major influential factor of adolescents＇ internet addiction disorder（IAD） in Nantong,and to provide evidence for the prevention and intervention.Method：General information inventory,Young Internet addiction impairment index（IAII）,Eysenck personality questionnaire（EPQ）,self esteen scale（SES） were administered to 3 500 primary and middle school students.Results：①The prevalence of internet usage in the subjects was 92.14 % with a higher prevalence in the male than in the female（P〈0.05）;The prevalence of IAD was 3.29% and it was higher in the male than in the female（P〈0.01）;The prevalence of internet usage in senior high school students was higher than in junior high school students and pupils（P〈0.01）.The prevalence of IAD in senior and junior high school students was higher than in pupils（P〈0.01）.The prevalence of IAD in bad performance students was higher than in superior and moderate performance students（P〈0.01）.②EPO-E and EPQ-N in the group of IAD were significantly higher than that of the non-IAD group（P〈0.01）.The score of the IAD group in SES was significantly lower than that of the non-IAD group（P〈0.01）.③Regression analysis revealed that gender,age,self-esteem,factor E and N were influential factors of IAD（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Internet addiction of adolescents in Nantong is associated with gender,age and personality.Measures should be carried out to prevent and interfere it.
