插齿刀凸曲前刀面磨削方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对新构形硬质合金插齿刀凸曲前刀面的构形特点,运用空间曲面族求包络面的运动学方法和理论设计了凸曲前刀面的加工工艺方案,确定了各坐标轴的位置和运动关系,开发了插齿刀凸曲前刀面专用加工设备。针对正弦波形凸曲前刀面求解了数控加工刀位特征点并进行了砂轮加工轨迹拟合,进行了模数为5mm、齿数为21的插齿刀凸曲前刀面磨削实验,实验结果验证了所设计的加工方法及开发的机床能够满足加工要求。对21个齿前刀面进行了变参数磨削,通过对实验结果的检测与分析,得出了相对稳定的表面粗糙度区域所对应的3个砂轮转速及进给量区间。 According to the characteristics of new profiling carbide pinion cutter with convex curved rake,the machining process was designed by using kinematics method and theory of space curved surface family for envelopes surface,all the coordinate axes location and movement relationship were ascertained.A special machine for pinion cutter with convex curved rake was developed,then the cutter location for convex curved rake face with sine wave shape was obtained,and the grinding path was fitted.Experiment was done for the pinion cutter with 21 teeth and 5 modulus,the result validates the machining methods and the developed machine.Changing grinding parameters for 21 teeth,through detection and analysis of the results,three ranges of grinding wheel rotating speed and feedrate corresponding steady surface roughness are concluded.
