摘要
为了制备性能优良的Al基Pb-WC-CeO_2惰性阳极材料,考察了WC、CeO_2颗粒浓度对阴极极化的影响,正向脉冲参数、温度和搅拌对沉积速率以及复合镀层表面形貌的影响,并研究了其在锌电解液中的耐蚀性能,确定了脉冲电沉积制备Al基Pb-WC-CO_2复合镀层的最佳工艺条件:基础镀铅液中添加40 g/L WC(粒径1μm),30g/L CeO_2(粒径20-30 nm),0.5-1.0 g/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB-CDS),正向占空比30%,正向脉冲工作时间400 ms,正向脉冲平均电流密度0.8 A/dm^2,温度40℃,搅拌速度300 r/min。结果表明:所获镀层在锌电解液中较纯铅和Pb-WC镀层有较好的耐蚀性;脉冲镀层比直流镀层表面颗粒排列更平整、有序、致密,粒度较大,基质金属对颗粒的包覆程度更好,有更好的耐蚀性。
Al - based Pb - WC - CeO_2 composite inert anode was prepared by pulse electrodeposition.The influence of mass fraction of WC and CeO_2 on cathodic polarization as well as the influence of forward pulse plating parameters, temperature and stirring speed on deposition rate and surface morphology of as - deposited composite coating was studied.At the same time,the corrosion resistance of as - deposited composite coating in zinc -electrolysis solution was investigated.It was found that Pb-WC-CeO_2 composite coating with good appearance quality and corrosion resistance could be prepared on Al base by introducing 40 g/L WC(1μm),30 g/L CeO_2(20-30 nm) and 0.5~1.0 g/L hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide into routine lead - electroplating bath,and pulse electroplating at a forward duty cycle of 30%,forward working time of 400 ms, average forward current density of 0.8 A/dm^2,temperature of 40℃and stirring speed of 300 r/min.Resultant Pb-WC-CeO_2 composite coating had better corrosion resistance dian Pb coating and Pb-WC coating in zinc - electrolysis solution.Meanwhile,as compared with the same composite coating obtained by direct current electroplating,pulse electroplated composite coating was more uniform and better covered by Pb,and had a larger grain size as well as better corrosion resistance.
