影响美国联邦基础教育立法与决策的新兴压力集团——“教育绩效论坛”(FEA)的改革主张 被引量:2

摘要 围绕N CLB的重新授权问题,美国国内形成了激烈的争论。F EA是因这场争论而生的由1 51个机构组成的庞大联盟体,它在很大程度上代表了美国教育专业团体改革美国《不让一个孩子落伍》法和界定联邦政府在基础教育改革中作用的观点。F EA在有关学生学业评估、教育机会平等、公立学校教育职能、学校惩罚、教育拨款和联邦政府在基础教育中的作用等方面都提出了自己的主张,对纠正美国NCLB实施出现的偏差有着积极意义。作为一个新兴的影响美国联邦教育立法和决策的压力集团,值得我们高度关注。
