四君子汤对小鼠运动耐力与免疫功能的影响 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨不同剂量四君子汤及拆方药物对小鼠运动耐力与免疫功能的影响。方法通过体重的跟踪观察、小鼠游泳实验、转棒耐疲劳实验、耐寒能力实验与耐常压缺氧实验观察连续27天灌饲不同浓度的四君子汤及其拆方药物对小鼠体重、耐疲劳能力、耐寒能力、耐常压缺氧能力的影响,并采用免疫器官重量实验法观察其对免疫功能的影响。结果①从实验全程对体重的跟踪结果来看,各给药组与对照组相比均无显著差异(P>0.05);②在游泳实验及转棒耐疲劳实验中,高、中剂量四君子汤均能显著提高小鼠的游泳时间(P<0.05)和在转棒上的运动时间(P<0.05),而其他各给药组则与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);③在耐寒实验中,茯苓和白术使小鼠在寒冷条件下的肛温下降幅度减小,与对照组相比有极其显著性差异(P<0.01),而其他各给药组则与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);④高、中剂量四君子汤均可明显延长小鼠在缺氧条件下的存活时间,与对照组相比,高浓度组有极其显著性差异(P<0.01),中浓度组有显著性差异(P<0.05);⑤高、中剂量的四君子汤和白术均能显著增强小鼠免疫机能(P<0.05)。结论高、中剂量的四君子汤能显著提高小鼠的运动耐力、免疫功能与耐缺氧能力,四君子汤的拆方药物茯苓和白术能显著提高小鼠的耐寒能力。 Aim To study the effects of Sijunzi decoctions in different dosages and its separations on the sport endurance and immune function of mice.Methods Mice were given 5ml/kg BW medication once a day by intragastric administration Sijunzi decoction and its separations in different dosages during 27days.Then,the body weight,swimming time,anti-fatigue capability,cold resistance and hypoxia tolerance were investigated,and the influence of the tested medicine on mice′s immune systems was studied by weighing the immune organs.Results ①The body weight of mice in control group and treatment groups did not show obvious difference(P〈0.05);②Sijunzi decoctions in high and medium dosages lengthened time of mice in swimming and rolling experiments(P〈0.05),while the other groups did not(P〈0.05);③anti-cold experiment,Fuling and Baizhu distinctly reduced the descent of rectal temperature under cold condition compared with that of the control group(P〈0.01);④Both high and medium dosages of Sijunzi decoctions could offer mice an increased anti-hypoxia capacity compared with that of the control group,and the high dosage decoction showed more obvious influence(P〈0.01) compared with medium dosage′s(P〈0.05);⑤Sijunzi decoctions in high and medium dosages and Baizhu distinctly enhanced mice′s immune function(P〈0.05).Conclusion Sijunzi decoctions in high and medium dosages can strengthen anti-fatigue capability,immune function and hypoxia tolerance of mice while Fuling and Baizhu can increase cold resistance significantly.
