摘要 目的研制具有解堵、固砂、稳黏功能的新型黏稳酸体系,解决高泥质疏松砂岩酸化过程中的缓速与出砂问题。方法通过室内溶蚀率测定及冲砂实验对黏稳酸体系进行性能评价,并利用残酸离子分析及电镜扫描技术研究其酸岩反应机理。结果黏稳酸与疏松砂岩反应过程中残酸的各离子浓度一直是增大趋势,但各离子浓度均小于土酸;岩心注黏稳酸后,渗透率伤害率为-7.91%,出砂时泵流量与未注黏稳酸相比有大大提高。结论该酸液体系具有缓速、固砂强度高、地层伤害低等优势,实现了酸化、防砂工艺一体化,能够有效改善疏松砂岩的酸化效果。 Aim To solve retarding reaction velocity and sand controlling for high argillaceous loose sandstone acidification by developing a new stiff stabilization acid with functions of broken down,sand consolidation and clay stabilization.Methods The performances of stiff stabilization acid are evaluated by the experiment of measuring the corrosion rate and sand washing experiment in the laboratory,and its effect mechanisms are studied by SEM and ions concentration analyzing in spent acid.Results The concentration of ions increases always in reaction of loose sand with stiff stabilization acid,but it is less than that of mud acid.The percent of rock damage is-7.91% and its pump discharge has enhanced obviously after treating with acid.Conclusion The acidizing fluid has advantages such as retarding reaction velocity,high consolidation strength and low formation injury etc.It can achieve the integration of acidizing and sand control treatment to improve acidification effect.
