摘要
目的研究高速公路开展非路性经营的影响因素,为未来高速公路实现多元化经营提出合理化建议。方法实证研究、定量分析和主成分分析法。结果基于高速公路的设计时速、日交通量、年收费、绿化投资等指标,得出高速公路多元化经营的指标体系,与其经济指标、道路设计及区域发展指标密切相关。结论完善路网、交通服务、经营方式等,可为后期高速公路的自我运营及持续发展提供规划、建设、管理等方面的依据,从而实现高速公路与周边区域经济的一体化发展。
Aim To analyze the affecting factors of the non-roadside operation,provide the rational suggestion to diversified operation of the expressway.Methods The operation and management of expressway was studied by using empirical research and qualitative analysis using the Principal Component Analysis(PCA).Results Based on the index of the diversified operation of the expressway,including designed speed per hour,daily traffic,annual toll,afforest investment,a conclusion is drawn that the diversified operation of the expressway is closely related to the economic indicator,road design,regional development.Conclusion The basis for the planning,construction and management has been provided to the operation and sustainable development of expressway in its later stages in terms of the perfect road-network,traffic service,business pattern,to integrate the exprersway into the development of surrounding districts.
