摘要
为考察二甲醚发动机独立润滑喷油器的工作特性,对其重要部件———针阀偶件的运动学进行分析,利用AMESim软件建立针阀运动的仿真模型,并对针阀的运动状况、喷油量、润滑介质的泄漏量等特性参数进行仿真分析,并对针阀升程及循环喷油量进行相关台架试验。结果表明,该喷油器的针阀运动状况、喷油规律等特性合理,润滑介质的泄漏量很小,对喷油器性能的影响可以忽略;仿真结果与试验结果的吻合度较好。
In order to study working characteristics of independent lubrication injector mounted on DME engine, the motion condition of needle coupling ,which is the important component of injector, was analyzed. The motion simulation model of needle coupling was established by AMESim. The characteristic parameters, such as the motion status of needle coupling, injection quantity and leakage of lubricant, were analyzed through simulation. The needle lift and cycling injection quantity were tested through related bench test. The results show that the characteristics, including the motion of needle coupling in this injector, and so on, are reasonable. The leakage is too little to affect the performances of injector. The simulation results are consistent with the test results.
