摘要
采用CFD软件对润滑油站液压管路所使用的不锈钢滤芯在不同的孔隙率下进行数值模拟,根据模拟结果建立滤芯孔隙率与压降关系曲线,以及在杂质颗粒堵塞滤孔后引起的滤芯渗透率的变化,间接地研究滤芯孔隙率的变化与使用寿命之间的关系,从而推导出在理想情况下滤芯使用寿命的数学模型,为滤芯产品选型和生产提供参考依据。
Stainless steel filter core of lubricant machine in the working state was simulated and analyzed in different porosity by using CFD. Filter core porosity and pressure drop relation curves was established based on the simulation results. According to the changes of the filter core permeability when the particles clogging the filtration pores, the relationship between the changes of filter core porosity and the service life was researched indirectly, the mathematical model of filter core' s service life in an ideal situation was deduced, which provided the reference for selection and production of products of filter core.
