摘要
曝气机广泛应用在城市污水和工业废水处理氧化沟工艺技术中,其水平转动轴一般采用传统的旋转唇形密封。对曝气机水平转动轴旋转唇形密封泄漏的原因进行分析,指出唇形密封的密封面微观凹凸体的变形和密封唇的倾斜是造成密封失效的主要原因。设计浮动端面密封,该密封的动环和静环均为浮动环,密封浮动性好,对水平转动轴的支承轴的同轴度和偏心不敏感,密封效果好。通过大量的现场使用证明,曝气机水平转动轴采用浮动端面密封结构方法是可行的。
Aerator is widely applied in oxidation ditch process technology tor municipal sewage and industrial wastewater treatment, and the conventional rotary lip seal is adopted for its horizontal rotary shaft generally. By analyzing the reasons of leakage of rotary lip seal for horizontal rotary shaft of aerator, it was pointed out that the deformation of micro-asperities and the inclination of seal lip were the main reason resulting the failure of rotary lip seal. The floating end-face seal whose moving ring and stationary ring all adopted floating ring was designed. The floating end-face seal has good floatability, and it is insensitive to coaxiality and eccentricity of the supporting shaft of the horizontal rotary shaft with good sealing effect. The field applications of great amount prove that it is feasible to adopt floating end-face seal structure for horizontal rotary shaft of aerator.
