Combined with the new situation and new task of rapid development of our national petroleum industry,how to build the first class team of operation and serve the construction of petroleum engineering with great effort is discussed by the use of modern management theory.It is thought that our national petroleum engineering construction enterprises should not only offer the well service,but also provide strong assurance in the construction of teams.Meanwhile,our enterprises should center around the construction about the large projects of Sinopec,working just as in the past,being honest,obeying the discipline,and guaranteeing the safety and quality.Also,our enterprises should improve the entire quality of teams and try to make new achievements in accomplishing the construction task of large projects.
