摘要 目的:设计实现一种基于心率变异性分析方法的生物反馈系统,提升生物反馈训练的效果,改善人体机能状态。方法:通过使用心率变异性反馈算法,分析心跳节律变化趋势,引导使用者有针对性地控制心跳节律同步。结果:系统可以实时准确地分析得到反馈训练结果,有效引导生物反馈训练。结论:使用系统进行生物反馈训练,可以调节心理压力或不良情绪造成的生理影响,降低患病风险。 Objective To Design and implement a biofeedback system based on heart rate variability in order to improve the effect of biofeedback training and adjust physiological function of human body.Methods Through usage of HRV feedback algorithm,the study analyzed the trend of heart rhythm in order that users were conducted to control the heart rhythm coherence in well targeted manner.Results The system could analyze and obtain biofeedback results accurately in real-time,which could effectively conduct biofeedback training.Conclusion Using this system can improve physiological effects made by stress or negative emotion,decreasing risk of illness.
