便携式鼓膜穿刺器的研制

Development of Field-Portable Tympanic Membrane Puncture Instrument

摘要 目的:研制一种便携式、适用于战场环境的鼓膜穿刺、给药器。方法:根据传统鼓膜穿刺、给药原理进行改进,由注射器、手柄(含照明系统)、穿刺针等3个部分组成。结果:可实现可视条件下穿刺、给药连续完成。结论:便携式鼓膜穿刺器整体设计新颖、质量小、体积小,携带、操作方便,尤其适宜野战条件下使用。 Objective To design a field-portable instrument of tympanic membrane puncture and tympanic cavity administration.Methods The improvement was made according to the theory of traditional tympanic membrane puncture.The instrument of tympanic membrane puncture was made of three different parts: injector,holder(include lighting system) and puncture needle.Results The structures of tympanic membrane puncture instrument were simple and the manipulation of it was convenient.Conclusion It can be applied for tympanic membrane puncture and tympanic cavity administration,especially in the field battle.Meantime it has the privileges of light weight and little volume.
