摘要 目的:系统地探讨730 nm低强度激光对大鼠背部皮肤创伤的修复效果。方法:对32只3月龄SD大鼠背部行直径2 cm的圆形切口,将大鼠随机分为对照组和激光治疗组,每组16只。分别于第3、10、17天每组处死4只大鼠,对大鼠进行伤口愈合率和伤口组织生物力学实验观察评估。结果:激光治疗大鼠的伤口愈合速度显著高于对照组,激光组伤口抗张强度亦显著高于对照组。结论:730 nm激光能够显著加速大鼠皮肤创伤的愈合进程,为该强度激光的临床应用提供了重要的实验依据。 Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of 730 nm low intensity laser on wound healing in rats.Methods Thirty-two 3 month old male Sprague-Dawley rats were assigned to two equal groups: laser exposure and sham exposure group.An open circular wound with 2 cm diameter was created in the dorsum.On days 3,10 and 17,four rats of each group were euthanized,and gross wound area and wound tensile strength were respectively evaluated.Results The wound area determination suggested that 730nm laser significantly increased the healing rate and reduced the gross healing time.The similar results were also found in the wound tensile strength.Conclusion 730 nm laser could remarkably accelerate the wound healing process.The results provide experimental basis for the further clinical use of the laser with this parameter.
