摘要
目的:解决传统伤病员信息管理存在的诸多问题,实现武警部队伤病员信息管理的数字化。方法:按照《战伤救治规则》(2006版)和国家疾病分类第九版、第十版(ICD-9、ICD-10)的相关规定,以伤病员电子档案网络数据库为核心,以无线网络实现对伤病员负伤(患病)时间、伤类、伤部、伤势、救治、后送等全程信息的实时管理。结果:该系统成功克服了传统管理方法的缺点,有效提高了卫勤保障的效率。结论:该系统的应用实现了武警部队伤病员救治过程的数字化,使卫勤保障精确化、信息化和自动化。
Objective To solve problems of the traditional information management and to achieve the digital of the information management for the sick and wounded of CPAPF.Methods According to the relevant provisions about Rules of War Wounds Treatment（2006 version） and the National Classification of Diseases（ICD-9,ICD-10）,the network database of electronic files about the sick and wounded became the core of the system,all real-time information about the sick and wounded was recorded by wireless networks（such as time of wound or sick,category of wound,location of wound,severity of wound,treatment,evacuation,and so on）.Results This system successfully overcame the shortcomings of traditional management methods,at the same time,it effectively improved the efficiency of medical support.Conclusion Application of the system achieves the digital of the treatment process about the sick and wounded of CPAPF,and the medical support achieves the precision,information and automation too.
